Steve,
I've seen similar problems. In my case it's usually something that didn't
shut down properly and Windows is waiting for it to stop. We use Picture
Tel 200P video teleconference and once in a while some of the modules stay
active. Use CTRL-ALT-DEL to show the task manager and shut down any running
tasks except explorer and systray. If it shuts down properly you can go
back and try each task one at a time until you find the one that is causing
your problem. Hope this helps.
