Depends where you've saved it to, in what form (ie what File Extension),
and what you're trying to read it in.

It looks as if you're trying to read formatted text in a plain text reader
such as Notepad. Try Word or WordPad or something like EditPlus or TextPad
that can read formatted text. If it's saved as a .txt file, rename it to
xx.html or perhaps xx.doc, then maybe your default ".doc" reader will read
it properly.
