Hello,
    I have a friend who tried to run scandisk and defrag and gets a message that says ...
'Can't run Because another utility has it locked. Close the utility and try again.'

He has run them before without any problem, he has shut down all running programs and can't find the reason for this message.  He's used the ctrl-alt-del and there's nothing there that would cause a problem.  Has anyone run into this problem?
