My father recently decided to clean up his computer which seemed to be
running extremely slow in his opinion.  He has deleted many files and
consequently now when he tries to open control panel it just locks up the
computer.  He has 64mb ram and a Pentiun II operating windows 95.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Unfortunately, when he bought
the computer from his supplier they did not give him a windows disk.
