Alas I wish I had your success with YahooPops -- I happily installed it
after the earlier discussion that mentioned it, and set it up to work in
conjunction with some Outlook XP settings and a couple of Yahoo accounts
I wanted to pop. All it ever did was give me time-out errors, even with
the max (10 minutes I think) time-out setting. When I went back to the
web interface, my Yahoo inboxes still sat there with mail in them, so
YMMV I think is appropriate to add to the general discussion.
And YahooPops doesn't work for sending mail either, although there's
something else out there that's supposed to allow that. I never even
got as far as trying that one, since I couldn't get the popping to work
properly.
Oh well.
