Backup files usually have an extension associated with a particular
backup program, and they tend to be single, large files. It sounds like
what you have are copies, because there are many different extensions.
Look for a synchronization program.

Because they are in a folder named C:\My Backup -- 05-06-16 1249PM and
they have the same file names, size and date on them.
