Tweak UI is the same thing as the utility you used with Power Toys. Tweak
UI is an unsupported Microsoft utility that performs registry edits. You
can do these tweaks manually by editing the registry but Tweak UI makes it
easy. I have used Tweak UI over a five year period in well over a hundred
computers with every available 32 bit windows operating systems . 95,98,
NT4, 2000. I have never had a single problem.
If your worried about using it then back up your registry with something
like LifeSaver http://nospin.com/rode/rode104.html and then in the unlikely
event Tweak UI does something you don't like you can simply restore your
registry.
