My e-mail program Outlook Express works ok but every time I try to exit, without fail, I can not close it.  I have to "End Task".  This goes smoothly sometimes and crashes at other times.  This is a new behavior.  The system is Win 95 on a Dell P133 LM Portable with 40 MEG of RAM.  I have defragged, etc with Norton Utilities - no help.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks
