On my new PC, I cannot open folders or documents from favorites menu
within MS Word File Open dialog box (I get the error message below);
however, I can open them from Windows Explorer.  I used this feature a
lot on my old PC, it saved me lots of time/hassle.  I have Windows XP
Professional.  Our IT guy can't figure it out.

(Error Message)
"The document name or path is not valid.  Try these suggestions.
* Check the file permissions for the document or drive.
* Use the File Open dialog box to locate the document.
