I wasn't even able to run scandisk.  It would get to about 10% and start
over.  It would do that for hours.  When running scandisk in DOS, it would
give me the option of repairing or deleting the file.  I would choose to
delete it but after the scan was done, which took hours by the way, the
files were still there.
