I use several different programs...
Setting "quality" when you are saving to 90% or above
will usually cause the problem you are having...
Try to save at 50% to 80% several times with different
filenames to check out if this is the problem.
Start with the ORIGINAL file each time you test.
(Do a "save as"...)
