Garry,
Find an HTML file on your local drive, and then change the associated
program.
First click START - FIND - FILES.
Search for *.HTML and LOOK IN all hard drives.
Once you find these files, point to any one of them,
and hold down SHIFT while you RIGHT-click on the name.
Now select (click) the option OPEN WITH.
Scroll down the list and find MSIE, select it (one click), turn on the
check box (bottom left corner) for ALWAYS USE THIS PROGRAM and finally
click OK.
All done.
