Diane,

You will have to download a plug-in from the following
URL:www.wmplugins.com.

I reccommend the Cyberlink plug-in since it seems to rip CD's a bit faster
than the others. Of couse, they're not free, Macrohard wants to promote
WMA(actually a better format)but some players can't read WMA files. e.g.
Ipod.
