I am experiencing a problem with IE version 6.

When I click on a link in an e-mail, a window opens up as if IE were going to that page.  Instead what happens is that the window never properly open and I cannot access the link that I want to visit.

I am running Win98 SE.  I have other computers and they do not display the same problem.

Any help that could be provided would be appreciated.
