I thought W98 had some annoying quirks - but I'm beginning to think XP tops
it!

Anyone know how to prevent XP from opening every folder in full screen size?

I'm familiar with the recommended method - via View\Tools etc (or is that
W98?), anyway, the method which leads you to the point where you nominate
'Like the current folder'.

This does NOT work, for me, anyway.

Is there a registry fix which allows an opening window size to be specified?
