Nothing...  Lots of "this sort of thing" SPAMs all the
addresses these days...  They are next to meaningless...
If there was no attachment, just wait. They know your address
is good now, so more will follow shortly... <grin>

One thing you DO NOT want to do is open an attachment
to "see" what was bounced (or something)...

I get messages like this all the time, but have my e-mail,
(MSOE6sp1+patches) set to read only in "TEXT ONLY".
That way I can view the body of the message which,
(when SPAM), is usually some rambling dribble that is
VERY easy to spot as SPAM...

Remember also that a virus (Trojan, worm, etc) CAN
look like it is from someone you know so NEVER open
ANY attachment unless you are specifically expecting it...
