I have to run Excel and Powerpoint XP separate from Excel 2000 because I
have different audiences running various versions of Office. After several
configuration tests I settled on two different networked pc's using the same
network share for my documents. My work area is a little cluttered with two
mini towers, but it was much easier to scrounge an elderly celeron 400 here
at work for the office 2000 pc, than to continue hacking away at my nice,
fast, stable athlon pc. If you don't find yourself trying to work in both
at the same time, like I do, a dual boot seems the appropriate answer.
