Add the target attribute to your <A> (link) tags :

target=
       _self   : the current frame
       _parent : the "owner" of the current frame
       _top    : the current broser window
       _blank  : a new browser window
       name    : use any of the names of the defined frames (in the
                 current document) to load a document into that frame.
