Holli Van Nest,

I believe if you look in the start-up folder you will find that the Norton
Scheduler program will be there.  Simply delete the shortcut!

If it's not there, go into the Scheduler program.  Go to
tools\options\general and uncheck the box that reads "Load with Windows".
