Yep, I see a nice problem... check the following things.
C:\windows\system.ini
c:\windows\win.ini
Run RegEdit and search for the file.
If there is in the first two files a entry that's has the file's name than just
delete the file. most of the time Windows 95 will run normally after that.
If it's not in the files than it's in the registry and you can delete it from
there.
Please backup you registry first with the export registry option in RegEdit.
Regedit you can find in the windows directory.
