Did you map the offline files folder to a drive?
If so then just double click on My Computer and then double click on the mapped drive.  The offiline files will be there.  Also, you can tell if the drive / folder is set to be use offiline by a little icon in the bottom left of the folders/drives icon that looks like two arrows going in different directions.
