Trudy,

I use Outlook Express, and found that if you select all of your contacts and send then as Bcc (blind copy), the addresses in your address book are not distributed, but does say "undisclosed recipients."

I'm looking for something that will allow me to send e-mail (the same message)
to one to three hundred addies -- but send them individually, so the sender
doesn't get the feeling they're on a mass list. Personalization is not
  necessary.

I've been doing this manually since I only need to do it a couple times a year,
  but I'm sure there's a better way.

  Any suggestions?
