Can anyone please explain to me how to save my email, outlook express messages to my documents? I am having the same problem. I have too many emails but don't want to delete them.
Thanks in advance,
P. B.

  Hi Mike,

The compacting applies to all folders,so I suspect that you have a lot
  of messages
in your Inbox and Sent box. Also if you use a spamblocker program of some
  sort in
Outlook Express, this spam folder could be full as well, depending on your
  settings.
The compacting frequency usually corresponds with the file size of the
  folders
  (number of emails).
Transfer some out of your Inbox to a folder in My Documents for example.

  > In the past, every so often I would get a message asking me if I want to compact my messages to free disk space in Outlook Express. I have been compacting as suggested but it seems that I get the message more often now. I empty my "Delete" folder on a regular basis but maybe there's more than that I should be doing. Could this become a problem? Thanks from an inexperienced PC user.
