It only happens on this one computer.
It looks more like a Server setting at the university... maybe the server
software that handles email has been setup to not reply and that there may
not be any attachments... if this is a problem on one machine than the
server setting for that machine is maybe set to that, or it's not a server
setting at all..

I work at a local college as a help desk coordinator. One of our staff
can receive and send a e-mail, but can't reply. or send an e-mail with
an attachment. At first I thought it might be the settings in the
application (Eudora Pro), but everything checks. I tried using Outlook
Express, but same problem. Sooo, I set up Netscape Messenger and still
doesn't work. I then thought it might be her server account. I put in
my information, and still no result. Does anyone have any clues as to
what could be causing this? I suspect something in the OS (Win 98), but
not sure. BTW, this is on a network connected to the university server.
