Hello,

I've been using the free version of AVG for some time & loved it---until =
now. I tried to update the virus scan part, but it kept telling me an =
automatic internet connection couldn't be found. I was already =
connected, so this was a surprise! It did this several times. I finally =
did get it to update--or so I thought. It said it was updating, the =
minutes were counting, & the whole nine yards. It took an hour or so, so =
I thought it had worked. But the Control Center still says the virus =
section is out of date. (yes, I restarted the computer.) I tried to go =
to AVG's support on their website, but there is no support for the free =
version. My computer also froze up twice while trying to get around =
their site. Do you have any suggestions? I've never had any problems =
updating before!!
