      I do a virus scan once a week and the last three or four weeeks I have had "CSIE.DLL" come up on the screen, plus some other things that can be cleaned, deleted or quarantined (no viruses) but "CSIE.DLL" cannot be cleaned, deleted, or quarantined. Can you explain this to me? Thank you in advance for your help.
