When trying to open a file immediately after downloading I got this message:
"An error occurred while loading the file C:My Download Files\enditall.zip.
The file is damaged or is not a valid Dr. Watson log file." Is the file
damaged in my system here, or was it a damaged file at the other end? As
far as the rest of the message; I haven't a clue what Dr. Watson's log file
is. I can sure use some help and guidance on this. For obvious reasons,
keep in mind that I'm not too well versed in computer operations, so a
step-by-step approach would be of inestimable value. Thanks very much for
listening to me. Jim

It's very possible that the file was already damaged before you downloaded
it, or there was a problem while downloading and not all files downloaded
completely. Another thing that comes to mind is that since it is a ZIP file
(.zip extension), that means it is a compressed file and you would have to
have a file decompression program installed on your system. If you don't
have this then you will not be able to open any file that has a .zip
extension. Do you have this type of program installed? If not, this might
explain the error message. The most popular Zip program is WinZip and you
can download it from www.winzip.com. Once you have installed this try
opening the file again. The WinZip should kick into action automatically.
After WinZip has extracted the files it usually puts the program folder in
another folder called UNZIPPED which you will find on your C drive.
