Referring to my message as shown below. Sorry, my question was omitted
and it is how do I shut down my browser - noting that I am on cable and
am wondered if I shut down the cable would be okay, but I still get the same message.
Hi and Merry Christmas to all and thanks for the help in the past.
I am trying to use Norton's "Internet Cache Cleanup" and when I click on "clean"
I get this message:
An Internet Browser is active on your system. This browser needs to be shut
down to perform this function.
I have Windows XP and my default browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer, but I
also use the Netscape Communicator.
Thanks so much in advance.
