I am running IE 5.5 Beta on a Win98 machine. I am continually plagued with
the annoying Pop-up message of the machine debugger program. I also believe
that it is hampering my performance by running in the background (PC
Pitstop). Does anyone know how to disable this worthless (for me anyway)
pest? Much appreciation in advance,
