Dave,
 You have to open "My Computer" then click on the drive in question to
hi-lite it, then right click on it and select properties.

I have XP home w/SP2 and all updates also and when I right click on My 
Computer, and select properties, the only tabs I get are General, Computer 
Name, Hardware, Advanced, System Restore, Automatic Updates, and Remote.  I 
don't see a tab for Tools.  What am I missing or doing wrong?
