I seem to recall reading about lots of Verizon problems on various forums,
both with incoming and outgoing emails.
I guess their filters are too aggressive or incorrectly set.
Most better ISP's give you the option to set your junk/spam filtering
levels. Check with Verizon to see if they offer this facility. I'd be
surprised and disappointed if they don't.
Maybe you should think about changing your ISP or your email address.
There's one further point. Some Digests---I don't know about this one--give
you the option to receive either in html (Formatted text) or plain
text. If that's an option, always opt for plain text. Html adds to the
overall junkmail rating, and could tip the particular digest over the
limit. Check it out on the PCSoft subscribe page.
