You don't always get to see the start message, no matter how hard you
look.  Either new Pentiums are too fast, or, more likely, startup logo
hides the message.

On those computers you have to keep TAPPING  F8---don't hold it down
continuously.

Windows98SE Help, if I'm not mistaken, says press CTRL  at startup to get
into Safe Mode(?????)   Ignore that-- it doesn't work.
