Hi there,

I am not sure if this will make sense but will give it a go.
I receive files that are in VMP format.  My printer will not print them
correctly.  The tech support for the VMP company told me my printer is
incompatible.  I asked them what was a compatible printer and was told
there were too many to list.

My printer is HP 2410 ................4 All In One

I am considering purchasing a new Laser printer and when I asked her
about a Brother Laser 5150 DLT she said it was not a compatible printer
either.

Is there a program out there that can convert this file format into
PDF?  Any suggestions on what I should do.

Computer is Dell 2400 series with XP home edition, 384 mb RAM, 2.66 GHZ,

Any help would sure be appreciated.
