I recently bought a book & CD of graphics to use for a book I'm writing.  (Dover Pubs).  They say to:  "Just insert the CD into your computer & call the images into your favorite software, (refer to the documentation with your software for further instructions)"  
I went to my computer & tried to install it, but neither d or e drives responds.  What am I missing?  The above instructions are not clear.  Thanks for help.  Marilyn Tellez
