An ISO image file is a binary copy of a CD in ISO-9960 format. There
*may* be utilities available that can "mount" such a file and make it look
like a CD, but the normal thing to do with these files is to burn them to a
CD using software that knows how to handle such image files. (Most CD-
burning software probably qualifies.)
You will probably then find that the CD includes an install/load routine
for the files you need on your hard drive.
