Wanda,
It sounds like you have some type of conflict going on that is
preventing your system from booting up normally.
It would help if you could tell us *exactly* what you did before you
went into safe mode.
Can you check to see if you have anything in your device manager
that's giving you a problem?
To do that, right click on My Computer and choose properties.
Select the device manager tab and see if there are any yellow
exclamation points listed next to anything. If there is, highlight the
device and choose properties and see what it says under each tab.
Write down what you find and we can try to help from there.
