It seems to be an Outlook feature....

Someone accidentally posted an email to this list a couple of weeks back, with that 'out of office' message you're referring to.
I thought I'd kept it because I intended to ask the sender how he'd set it up - it'd be a handy facility to have on hand.
I'll keep looking for it in my messy archives - but maybe someone else spotted it also?
