I use a freeware program called CopyUrl that puts the option in your right
click menu to copy a favorite in several formats. You can get it at
http://tucows.tierranet.com/shell95.html . Page down to CopyUrl.
About the fax. You might try reading the Microsoft.public.outlook
newsgroup. There has been a lot of discussion there about the new fax
included with Outlook.
