Using Windows 98SE/Word 97. Sometimes in My Documents I can't open a document
in a folder - i.e., I click on "Income Tax Info" and folder opens, but I
click on "Records to Keep" and get message "Do you want to revert to the saved
Records to Keep?" Clicking "yes" or "no" brings same result - nothing. Thanks for
any help.
