Hello Diane,

Here are two free programs for your consideration. I haven't used either as
I have no need for them, but they appear to satisfy your requirement to
control access to the Internet. The other links are to listings of similar
programs, most of which are shareware. Good luck.

I've already done that. But when he's in his account, there are numerous
ways for him to get online. Just clicking help in Word will do it. How
can I prevent that?

Dear Diane,

If you have not already done so, create "User Accounts," one for you and
one
for your son. You can create a password for both accounts, not allowing
your son to have access to either one. The only way he could get online
is
if you log him in using the password you selected (without him looking
over
your shoulder, of course!).
