Subject: [PCSOFT] web emails

I use a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Windows XP Professional. I only have a
dial-up modem and my internet service provider is Juno.com.
When I am on the www I cannot forward a web page or even a link to a web
page. The window pops up to send it and I can write a message but the
message never gets to the addressee (I have been the test addressee so I
know for sure) I hit send but it never confirms that my message has been
sent. Are there some settings I have to make that I haven't? Don't know what
I would do without you guys'help!
