Recently, I installed Mozilla Firefox as my default browser and discovered
that when I try to access Documents from the Start button the taskbar, I get
the following message and explanation:
"The program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If
the problem persists, contact the program vendor.
EXPLORER caused a general protection fault

Did installing the Firefox browser cause this problem? What must I do to be
able to access Documents again from the Start button? (By the way, every
other Start related function works: Favorites, Programs, Help, etc.
Thank you.
