I think that Rambooster (free) at
http://www.sci.fi/~borg/rambooster/index.htm will do what you want.
You can set the sampling time and the alarm level however you like.
There is another free RAM manager at
http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/system/maxmem.htm . I've
never tried it, but I've used other freeware programs by the same
author and was satisfied. At that price, you might as well try it.
