I have reconsidered my response to your question. It is possible that 
"mobileaction" included "Multimedia Samples" as part of an installation 
of another program or that there could be two different programs using 
the same name. A better course of action would probably be to check with 
"mobileaction" support to determine if this program is needed and why it 
is needed. Try http://www.mobileaction.com . Uninstalling it could 
result in issues with some other program(s) that you use. I am not 100% 
sure that this site is the source of this particular file, but it 
appears likely.

I  am sorry if my first response has caused you any other problems. And 
thanks to Peter Ekkerman for pointing out to me other possibilities.
