A friend has asked how to make a keyboard shortcut to her CD Rom (D) Drive
in win95/98.
The usual method of creating a shortcut/properties and selecting a key for
the usual Ctrl+alt+Key results in an error message that the "folder" in the
"start in" box (ie the D Drive) does not exist.

Yet the method works for the A (floppy) Drive, which shows drive A in the
shortcut start-in box.

Is this a curious quirk of Win95/98, and if so is there any way of creating
a keyboard shortcut to this drive? What should go into the "start in" box?
