I've used the program  ERASER for several years and it's terrific. It makes 7 passes recording at 20 - 30 Ghz and verifies on the last pass. But note, it
takes ONE hour to clean 10 Gigs. My 160Gb took over 16 hours to do.
I inserted the floppy, typed in AUTONUKE, let it set up and start, removed the floppy and did other things. (went to bed!) I hope this helps. AL SMITH
