I'm concerned about my memory usage. When using Resource Meter when I
first boot up, it reads:

System Resources: 68% Free
User Resources 68% free
GDI Resources 95% free.

Are these readings good? Or, what should they be reading? I have 128 MB
of RAM, using Win98.

What is a Cache? I also use McAfee Discover Pro to check resources and
wonder if 54 MB RAM of Cache is good.

What is a good program to use to recover memory? I already used MemTubo
and it's expired. I didn't like Maxmem.

Thanks.
