I use a program called File Shredder that does what you're looking for.
The file is Shredder.zip. I downloaded it, but I don't remember from
where. But the program will copy a single file to as many floppies as it
takes, telling you when you need to insert another floppy. It saves a
Bat file on the last floppy that allows you to reassemble the file later.
