I live in a rural area and with that I have a relatively slow
connection, usually 26400. I get a little bored with the world wide
wait on web pages and so I often play a game of Freecell while pages
are loading. Since I am retired I access the internet multiple times
daily--usually 2 or 3 before rebooting.
The problem: often about the 3rd time I access it, something will
happen when I try to go to Freecell or sometimes just try to connect.
When I Ctrl-Alt-Delete, I always find the msgsrv32.exe file "not
responding" and must reboot to be able to do anything. I find this
file in the Windows\System folder.
Can anyone explain why this is happening? What is the purpose of this
file? I have almost 200 mg ram and memory doesn't seem to be lacking.
Thanks, Linda Pulliam
