Re-doing the entire  OS is a little "over-kill"...
(You will likely loose any patches you have and with the expiration
of support for ME last week, I am not sure what would happen then...)

IF you are sure these games came with the OS, you can "easily"
add them back.

In WinME, go to Start, Settings, Control Panel.
Add/Remove Programs.
Windows Setup "tab",
scroll to Games,   Details.
There "may" be three groups of games to install
from the original OS installation source.
(It may ask for your ME CD, or get "cab" files
off the Hard Drive.)
